Turnkey Operation
Reflex-Rol U.K. offers a turnkey operation. We will visit the tower, discuss your requirements, do our own survey of the windows, manufacture and then our own engineers will come back to site to either do the installation ourselves or supervise the installation by your own staff.
On Site Consultation
Before contracts are signed, we offer on-site consultation with the customer. Demonstration samples will be provided in order for the customer to come to a well-balanced decision. Our engineers can be deployed worldwide but as part of the programme we offer training to on-site personnel.
Glare and dazzle in the tower can be disastrous, it is therefore of paramount importance for the correct daylight-filter to be chosen. Reflex-Rol will visit your airport and advise accordingly.
There are many variables to be taken into account before specific calculations can be made, values determined and recommendations made. These include:
- Longitude and latitude of building
- Specific location regarding adjacent buildings and countryside
- Each facade in relation to the sun’s path
- Height from the ground
- Building design
- Technical properties of glazed unit such as glass type, cavity size and cavity content
Blind Warranty
If the systems are measured and installed by ourselves a full 5 year warranty applies to the complete system and labour. Yes, if you are on the other side of the World and a motor malfunctions, we will come and replace it under warranty. That is a service no one else offers and gives you peace of mind; after all, control towers/VCR’s are important parts of the running of an airport and we will be there to make sure everybody stays safe!
